Payment and Deposit Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required for all events, big or small, and decor displays to secure your date.
  • Final Payment: All remaining payments are due 21 days prior to the event date. If the final payment is not received by this deadline, you may forfeit your deposit without the option to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:
  • If a cancellation occurs for any event, big or small, and decor displays by the client (or due to the client’s party) for any reason after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be non-refundable. However, it may be applied to a future order if scheduled within 21 days of your original event, subject to availability.
  • If a cancellation occurs within 21 days of your booked event, the client will be responsible for the entire balance owed.

Refund Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: No cash refunds will be issued for any product types.
  • Rescheduling Fees: There will be rescheduling fees of up to 40% of the total cost for all event types and decor displays associated with any rescheduling. All rescheduled events must occur within 6 months and will incur fees up to 40% of the event total.

Availability and Obligation

  • No Obligation to Rebook: The Wyne Down LLC has no obligation to rebook or reschedule the client’s booked products and services. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Important Notes

  • Transfer of Credit: Credits issued for cancellations can be transferred to another person if the original guest is unable to use them.
  • Exceptions: In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
